To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Opposite to previous reviewers, I had a great experience from the booking process till the end. It's my husband's birthday so we decided to go to Ocean Park for the free ticket. I booked this restaurant and requested a table for the fish tank, the gal assured me that a table nearest to the fish tank will be reserved for us.

Probably it's just after the 10.1 Golden Week, so there's not A LOT of clients. We book to have lunch at 12:30 but arrive at 12:00 and the table is already available. There are only 2 tables nearest to the fish tank, so book in advance.

The set lunch costs $195 + 10% (bread+soup+main+dessert+drink). However, considering the Ocean Park kiosk is selling water at $24, I think this is a very good price. Besides, we got 20% off birthday discount so this is really good deal. I have ordered salmon is it's tasty. My husband's tenderloin beef is a bit too well done but still acceptable.

The waiters serving us are all well-mannered and nice. I have requested different things several times (a dropped knife so request another knife, request the menu, request to be taken photos 2 times), but they all do it smilingly.

It's amazing to see all the fishes swim by while you eat. It's different from seeing them at the aquarium as you certainly will not stay in the aquarium for 1 hr.But while eating, you can actually see the fishes chasing each other and their different behaviours.

I would say I am very satisfied with the whole experience.
