To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 壓軸點了基本上每間中菜館都以此為招牌嘅[北京填鴨🦆]($428壹隻)呢個價錢黎講相當抵食,每片鴨肉都切得十分工整,肥瘦亦分明,鴨皮都燒得好香,當然質素一定及不上其他出面嘅高價新派中菜館,但呢個價錢黎講已經係相當唔錯👍🏻

雖然呢家以傳統中菜為主但當中亦不乏創新之處,甜品叫了[拔絲士多啤梨🍓]($88八粒)可謂全晚另一高潮,麥芽糖經高溫再冷卻成一絲絲糖膠,表頭滲上芝麻,士多啤梨本身質數亦唔差,大大粒多汁,微酸嘅味道被香甜嘅糖膠包著,達至完美嘅口感,其實者係年宵會食到嘅冰糖士多啤梨(但下年年宵唔知食唔食到了😢)食時小心啲糖膠𠝹口👄

總括嚟講係一家性價比挺高嘅一間傳統中菜館,好多中國傳統名菜都會食到人均消費$300-$400左右唔會好貴,帶朋友,家人黎不失為一個唔錯嘅選擇🤓(ps 尖沙咀同旺角分店座位先有金魚缸啊)
