To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小巷裡的酸辣粉店 🌶

這間位於耀華街既小店，店面並不顯眼，但一到中午時段就大排長龍。最近可能因為肺炎，平日見既人龍不見了，便可以入去堂食。我和朋友一如既往都點了口水雞配酸辣粉套餐，連飲品的。辣度有分不同辣度，方便食唔到辣又想試既朋友👍🏻可能少咗人食飯，口水雞份量比平日多了，而且少了雞胸附近既骨位（以前感覺有三份一碟都是只有骨，沒有太多肉的部位）即使到了一點亦未滿座，侍應不忘為我們添茶。還記得以前經常有人在外面排隊，用膳後便立刻替我們收桌上既東西，好讓我們知道要離開。但是現在既服務態度截然不同，希望它能繼續維持這個服務質素。

可能少咗人食飯，口水雞份量比平日多了，而且少了雞胸附近既骨位（以前感覺有三份一碟都是只有骨，沒有太多肉的部位）即使到了一點亦未滿座，侍應不忘為我們添茶。還記得以前經常有人在外面排隊，用膳後便立刻替我們收桌上既東西，好讓我們知道要離開。但是現在既服務態度截然不同，希望它能繼續維持這個服務質素。
