To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

對魷筒一類的食物從不感興趣,友人堅持也就由他去吧。
原條長長的燒魷筒真令人大開眼界! 足有前臂那麼長的魷魚,整條烤成誘人的金黃色。烤過的魷魚味道更為鮮美,入口軟綿綿的帶點鮮魷的彈性,魷魚最怕就是吃到肉靱嚡口的貨色。

每個魷魚圈漲卜卜的,釀滿了糯米飯芋頭和腸粒,飯身顆顆煙靭醬油甜香,但不會搶去魷魚的鮮美。原本對此沒有期待,卻成了整頓最令人驚喜的一道,十分推介!

說是五星燒雞,水準卻是一般而已。確是燒得不錯皮脆肉嫩的,啖啖肉又不會太肥,可惜醃得不太入味,但蘸吃的泰式雞醬是挺惹味的,為這燒雞挽回一點點分數。

作為泰菜的粉絲,嚐過不少泰國菜館,每隔一段時間,總會回歸這「小泰國」懷抱的。
這家泰菜正宗之餘,用料新鮮又有特式,加上用餐環境舒服,我的心水泰菜又多了一家了。
