Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六食Lunch想豐富少少，於是就叫咗個乾炒牛河另外再加多兩個小菜︰椒鹽炸豆腐同金薯安格斯牛柳粒。乾炒牛河炒得好夠鑊氣，D河粉炒到少少燶邊兼唔會黐埋一齊，油量比我想像中少，D牛肉都嫩嘅似乎無用梳打粉乸過，連埋D芽菜仔同韭黃，好味。金薯安格斯牛柳粒嘅金薯(即係炸薯仔粒)比起個安格斯牛柳粒更好食，可能係因為吸晒D牛肉同埋個汁嘅味，好惹味。椒鹽炸豆腐(其實好似叫黃金豆腐)原來係豆腐粒而唔係大大件嘅豆腐，豆腐粒好滑，我覺得呢個餸同金薯安格斯牛柳粒用黎餸啤酒應該好正。
