難得今次終於唔係食西餐或者日本嘢講到明今次想食中菜,梗係要搵啲有特色嘅餐廳啦餐廳雖然鋪面唔大,但係坐得都幾闊落2個人都比張4人枱我地火焰斷片海中蝦店員有解釋點解叫做斷片蝦,原來首先係將啲活蝦放入酒中,等佢飲到醉左先拎去焗上枱之後,侍應會淋上一杯玫瑰露,點火,整隻煲仔起火,燒約十秒,期間酒香四溢,視覺嗅覺效果滿分。完完全全將啲酒味迫入蝦肉入邊🦐隻隻蝦都有膏,爽口彈牙油浸野生筍殼魚店家稱用上泰國野生筍殼魚,目測都重斤幾筍殼魚肉質鮮嫩,炸左之後都好香口,再配上秘製醬汁,食到吾想停😂😂薑蔥豬膶煲煲仔菜熱辣辣,薑蔥好香,而且豬膶吾腥鮮嫩油潤吾鞋口。金銀蛋時菜有陣陣蒜香味,鹹蛋皮蛋也很得出嫩滑
