Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢度嘅小炒真係超水準,超讚﹗大家都覺得呢碟金薯安格斯牛柳粒,D金薯好味過D安格斯牛柳粒,因為D薯仔粒炸脆之後變成金薯,然後落返個汁去煮牛柳粒,D金薯吸收晒牛仔粒嘅味,所以份外正。川椒豬手作為冷盤小食,少少辣幾惹味,餸吓啤酒就最啱,D豬皮好有骨膠原Feel,好正。集眾招牌雞係侍應推介嘅,佢地用嘉美雞,所以隻雞唔肥而且雞味濃,肉質嫩滑,呢度半隻雞仲有雞什,味道唔錯。另一度惹味菜式就係呢一個鐵板啫啫雞什,啫啫聲上枱真係熱辣辣,D配菜如芹菜、蒜頭、蔥頭等,真係好惹味。因為想飲湯,所以就叫咗呢個杏汁白肺湯,D杏汁好香滑,入面除咗豬肺之外仲有雞腳,感覺好滋潤。呢隻德國麥味好好飲,唔常見,麥味香又唔苦,掂。
