To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

多次經過門口看見餐牌挺吸引的,終於有時間來一試了,不過等位等了30分鐘以上哦!我點了個炙燒海鮮丼($88)加了個可樂(+$10),是罐裝的。如果是汽水機的就不化算了飯是溫熱的,不是珍珠米。除了蝦,海鮮都是半生熟,蟹子新鮮彈牙,三文魚半生熟,既保存了原本的鮮味,又可使口感更加豐富。男友點了個特上盛大蝦海鮮丼($128)全生的,蝦是新鮮的,三文魚子則不要抱大期望!不能說不新鮮,但味道就是不甜!值得一提的是蝦頭,廚師很細心的剪開了蝦頭,並把腥的部份除去。食客既在吃的時候方便,又可讓怕腥的客人淺嘗蝦頭的鮮味。男友升級了餐,唐揚定食(+$28)其實不甚吸引,但總算填滿肚子。總結:就是細碗了一點!味道挺鮮的。
