前菜-比起大半年前嘅出品,跟某幾段youtube片比較,明顯 失色好多,份量同用料選擇都有下降嘅情況!冇生蠔…變左特大唔鮮甜嘅帶子刺身;蕃茄漬物變左普通一粒茄兼且一開四…嗯!冇乜特別令人好開胃嘅感覺!仲有海蜇…爽口嘅

呢到嘅開鑊方式係只用牛脂同少少醬油,呢種關西風煮法,簡簡單單煎香,咁樣可以食到多啲牛肉本身嘅味道同焦香感,店員落鑊之前會先詢問你期望嘅生熟程度,亦建議第一塊牛就先點生蛋液進食,一啖牛肉一啖日本米飯,簡直係一絕!

而第二塊,可以根據個人嘅喜好,用少少青檸,又或者用其他特別少少嘅七味粉(柚子、黑七味、山椒)作調味,本身高質食材帶來嘅口感同味道之外,再添上多幾種味道上嘅變化!一個字!正!

連續品嘗左兩大片西冷,可以俾個嘴同胃抖抖先!呢個環節,一個比較傾向於關東風嘅食法!店員會先將蔬菜落鑊加上醬油,慢慢烹調滾一滾先~到啲比較難熟少少嘅菜類都差唔多嘅時間,再鋪上今餐最後一片西冷🥰,咁樣煮出黎嘅牛肉,口感會更加水嫩,一樣輕易咁咬好!

總結返今餐,撇除前菜方面,呢度可以一次過食到關西&關東風嘅壽喜燒體驗,係幾唔錯嘅!
除左食物質素之外,用餐體驗都好重要架😁✌️
