To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 係全腐皮整成既素鵝,炸過之後最外層既腐皮變得好乾,唔脆仲有少少難咬開,中間既就還好,收$78 好似性價比唔太高啦。

其實係近似炸子雞,皮脆但肉可以再嫩D,$108呢個價錢算可以接受。

《$118 酥炸茄盒六個》
呢個比想像中更有驚喜,茄子切片後釀入一層薄薄既豬肉,再攞去炸,最後係上面灑番少少椒鹽。食落去既時間,首先感覺到炸皮既香脆口感,茄子仲係水份十足,加上剛剛熟既豬肉層,好特別既食法。

小籠包一籠有六隻,皮薄得黎唔會一夾就穿,入面肉餡既份量岩岩好,但湯汁偏少。

除左津白之外仲加左好多菇菌同蝦仁,蝦仁應該係急凍蝦仁黎,冇咩蝦味,食個爽字,上湯都係普通雞湯味,食完唔會渴喉,不過不失。

《$98 北京燒餅(三個)跟炸菜肉末》
北京燒餅三個就切開左一半,總共有六件,方便客人瓖肉末入去。炸菜占既比例唔多,唔講都唔係好食得出有,但燒餅酥脆好食,上面既芝麻令個餅更加香,同肉碎一齊食相當不錯。
