Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

驚喜小菜此終尋，今晚叫了四個餸，四個都好好味，命中率達100%真係好少有。先來個燒乳鴿，佢最正係可以一隻一隻咁叫，我地兩個人當然只叫一隻，留返個肚食第二D野。個乳鴿D肉好嫩，又唔會好似平時出面嗰D炸到乾爭爭。鐵板白胡椒煎焗魚卜好香口好好味，D魚卜煎得真係好食，鐵板上熱辣辣一D都唔會鯹。小炒重佢話係鎮店，又真係幾好食，蝦乾韭菜腰果都正，不過最精彩就係D炸脆咗嘅芋頭絲。鐵板蒜香牛柳粒又係好好食，D牛肉好新鮮，一D都唔un，好有牛肉味，老闆娘話係用新鮮牛肉做，成本高不過為咗追求鮮味無計啦。全部都好好食，下次要試埋其他野。
