To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天下午同媽媽去飲茶,之前去彩福食過晚餐,中午就第一次食,睇下佢d點食好唔好食先。我叫咗最愛的蝦餃,原來好大隻架,一隻蝦餃差不多包咗一隻半蝦,好脹卜卜。我地又叫咗個豉油皇炒麵,嘩都幾大碟,味道正常。叫咗叉燒腸,切開晒幾份,腸粉皮都夠薄,不過如果多幾舊就好喇!佢地既豉汁蒸排骨都好好味呀,我覺得蒸得剛口,排骨肉唔會無味,醃得算唔錯。鳳爪好大隻,有小小辣,不過都可以接受,下面鋪咗南瓜一齊蒸,都幾甜。鮮蝦腐皮卷都幾香脆,每卷都有2隻蝦左右,唔錯!
