To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天想吃Omakase,之前來過這家,覺得不錯,特意帶朋友來試試午餐。 餐廳內部裝修典雅,全日式感覺清新舒適。今天比較餓,點了14貫壽司定食。 先來到前菜,沙律菜淋上了日式柚子醋,口感酸酸地,讓人胃口大開。 茶碗蒸的口感鮮嫩滑溜,味道清淡鮮美。 首先上桌的是蜜柑鯛。以蜜柑成份魚糧餵飼的鯛魚,肉質鮮美,清新可口。 深海池魚口感清爽,魚味甘甜,讓人回味無窮。 間白魚魚味濃郁,肉質柔軟,且帶有彈性,上面加了三升漬麵豉醬,味道更豐富。 平目魚經炙燒後油脂出晒嚟,味道更濃厚,口感十分豐富。 池魚細切池魚切成細長薄片,加入蔥花,魚味濃厚,爽甜。 牡丹蝦入口散發濃郁的甘甜滋味,7北海道帆立貝肉質厚實肥美,口感爽脆鮮甜。 活亦貝爽口彈牙又鮮甜,加了少少柚子汁,味道更加清新。金目鯛肉質細膩,有口感,鮮甜美味。 梭子魚經過柚痷燒製作後,魚皮香脆,肉質幼嫩鮮甜,油脂恰當,口感豐富。中拖羅油分恰到好處而無筋,入口即融,魚味濃厚。BB銀雪魚肉質鮮嫩,油份十足。 最後是北海道馬糞海膽,濃厚甘甜,極鮮味美,令人回味無窮。 火灸新鮮鯖魚,鯖魚火燒後,魚肉散發出濃郁的香氣,而白昆布漬物醃製過後,更是提升了鯖魚的風味和口
