To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約咗四個朋友一齊食飯，呢一班都係認識咗好耐嘅豬朋狗友，所以一定要去一個可以飲酒嘅地方。最近真係好少飲清酒，所以我就提議不如去勞士佛台呢間日式居酒屋，結果大家都好滿意，話嘢食好味，清酒好飲，環境舒適，service都幾好。神龍純米大吟釀，第一啖比較甜，有獨特果香味。雖然酒精度數有16.8度，但係都絕對覺得易入口！呢個清酒配埋炸雞軟骨同炸八爪魚一齊食，真係好夾，而且炸得好酥脆，完全唔會覺得油膩。後來就決定叫啲魚生，所以就叫咗八爪魚沙律，店員都有特別介紹，就係話要將佢捲埋啲果蓉一齊食，加埋佢哋自家調製嘅醬汁，真係好有驚喜。呢度嘅魚生都好出色，好新鮮，超好食！我特別鍾意佢哋超大隻嘅牡丹蝦同好肥美嘅中toro。海膽吞拿魚roll都係一個幾出色嘅item，紫菜保持到好脆，但係魚生蓉真係好creamy。熟食方面就叫咗串燒，牛舌、雞肉串，蘆筍豬肉同番茄豬肉就係其中幾日我覺得最出色嘅，所有嘅肉都調配得剛剛好，唔會鞋，而d蔬菜又保持到好清甜。鐵板宮島蠔手略為有炸過，加埋甜甜地嘅醬汁，好好食，墊底底嘅菇類都好出色！雖然話我哋係嚟飲酒，但係最後都叫咗一壺藍莓茶大家一齊分享，味道好fresh。
