潮藝館應該係其中一間喺尖沙咀高質嘅中菜,而且係比較少見嘅新派潮州菜。前菜五小福每款都好好味,其中半熟帶子係最特別,我以為醬汁係蔥油,估唔到竟然係椒麻!非常特別。另外酒醉鮑魚都食到我lam lam脷😋主菜同湯都出乎意料地用左同一種汁底(?)菠菜汁充分提升兩道菜嘅層次,既平衡黃花魚扒酥脆油膩感,又突出左蟹肉湯鮮甜味道。滷水墨魚同炒飯則反撲歸真,用返最傳統嘅做法烹調!兩款味道正宗,墨魚嫩滑,滷水汁濃淡適中。炒飯加入芋頭咸肉同方魚爆炒,好夠鑊氣,食到最後都係暖,粒粒分明,唔會因為擺耐左而唔好食。其他菜式椒鹽白飯魚同埋方魚芥蘭味道亦不錯,前者酥脆不熱氣,後者廚師特地把芥蘭老的部分削去,只剩嫩滑爽脆部分,加入方魚份外咸鮮。最後以靚靚桂花糕作結🫶瘋狂打卡!📸
