今晚二人世界, 揾間浪漫有情調既餐廳, 找到尖沙咀樓上鋪既浪漫法式私房菜, 入到餐廳好warm, 有屋企既感覺, 浪漫氣氛, 店員安排了入房坐, 唔會好迫, 一間房兩張枱, 私隱度高, 我同朋友叫了8道菜$980,同10道菜$1180。先來餐前小食,有Parma ham同鮮打蜜瓜蓉, 好夾, 一甜一咸, 而且呢隻ham好香, 唔會有豬肉的蘇味, 點埋鮮甜味的蜜瓜蓉, 襯托出香甜味。餐前麵包都唔普通, 係自家製的, 有3款味, 包括牛油白麵包,提子麥包, 同黑全麥包, 配埋自製的蜜糖甘荀醬, 好甜呀, 好似三片都唔夠喉咁, 之後有頭一炮既主角, 法國菜唔少得既生蠔, 由啖至濃咁食, 有Majestic, Mermaid 同Gillardeau, 最出名當然係為人熟悉既蠔后Gillardeau, 帶濃濃的蠔鮮味, 肥美大隻, 好濃郁的礦物味。已食咗三樣野都未到主菜已好滿足, 先來第一道菜, 頭盤係"原粒香煎北海道元貝" 好厚呀, 成隻湯匙咁大隻, 珍寶形, 面鋪了椰菜花奶泡沫, 看出高格調菜, 旁邊還有椰菜花蓉, 未試過這樣配搭,但原來都好夾,帶子鮮甜, 外皮彈牙, 另外還有藜麥作拌菜,

先來餐前小食,有Parma ham同鮮打蜜瓜蓉, 好夾, 一甜一咸, 而且呢隻ham好香, 唔會有豬肉的蘇味, 點埋鮮甜味的蜜瓜蓉, 襯托出香甜味。

已食咗三樣野都未到主菜已好滿足, 先來第一道菜, 頭盤係"原粒香煎北海道元貝" 好厚呀, 成隻湯匙咁大隻, 珍寶形, 面鋪了椰菜花奶泡沫, 看出高格調菜, 旁邊還有椰菜花蓉, 未試過這樣配搭,但原來都好夾,帶子鮮甜, 外皮彈牙, 另外還有藜麥作拌菜, 好有益既食材, 索晒椰菜花香味,

之後再來一個誠意菜式, "雞卷牛清湯", 面層半原球成個啫喱既原來係份子料理-海鹽果凍, 上菜後, 店員介紹完先為我們倒下牛清湯, 呢道菜係凍食既, 雞肉卷凍食更鮮甜, 配埋鮮菇同鮮蘆筍, 好脆口, 帶咸味!

食完凍湯, 再上個熱湯, 名貴的"龍蝦濃湯", 碟邊有烤過既龍蝦籽, 將湯匙蘸下, 令個湯的龍蝦鮮味更香濃,

法國著名食材除了生蠔, 當然唔少得鵝肝, 大廚整了兩種食法, 一係凍食, "鵝肝凍糕",旁邊有好特別既粒粒, 原來係薑餅碎同開心果碎, 令本身鵝肝醬淋身口感既鵝肝更有層次感, 配埋較濃烈味道既火箭菜同橙汁, 唔會太溜!

第二道鵝肝, 用來做個熱食, "牛蒡絲鵝肝蕃薯蓉" , 鵝肝煎香,底用了蕃薯蓉, 甜身配厚切鵝肝, 有飽肚感喎, 面鋪了牛蒡絲, 好特別既視覺效果

頭盤都有幾款, 另一道係"阿拉斯加蟹肉配溫泉蛋", 面層温泉蛋好有光澤, 好滑身, 同旁邊的柚子汁同清檸珠一啖食晒, 而阿拉斯加蟹肉我想保留鮮蟹肉 , 我喜愛就咁食, 原汁原味嘛!

之後來了一個好似骰盅咁既, 原來係個甜品, " 蕃石榴雪芭", 一食下, 好清新, 果甜味超班, 感受到係鮮打的新鮮味道,

終於到主角中既主菜, 叫了M9和牛, 同平時食開旳牛扒, 有兩倍咁厚身, 叫咗medium, 烹調得剛好, 好香牛肉香味, 鮮味無窮, 油份剛好, 上等食材呀!

另一個主菜係"香煎澳洲黑盲鰽魚" , 魚皮煎香, 脆皮, 唔會腥, 保留魚肉鮮味, 下面有法國普羅旺斯燉菜, 茄汁味濃, 連埋個魚肉一齊食, 還有拌碟有墨魚汁脆餅, 果然法國菜著重個PRESENTATION, 每道菜色都好似幅畫咁好靚呀!

到尾聲甜品, 係自家製朱古力軟心蛋糕, 同平時的朱古力蛋糕不同, 呢個相對唔濃味, 帶清甜, 配埋少少柚子果凍同菠蘿碎粒, 唔會溜,

餐飲叫了即磨的Latte, 好滑既咖啡 , 朋友叫了花茶, Red Berries同蘋果花, 唔洗落蜜糖都好好飲, 酸酸地, 響吃完一頓飯後幫忙解一解飽肚感,

最後還有雪影朱古力, 賣相高貴, 有黑, 榛子,軟心, 士多啤梨同紅莓朱古力, 為這完美的一餐畫上句號, 真係好滿足, 由食材, 環境, 服務同烹調手法都好滿意, 最適合慶祝生日或週年紀念日子。
