To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直都崇尚少肉多菜,無奈出街同朋友食飯好難控制,尤其兩個人,點一個肉,最多點一個菜,所以索性去淨係食素的店好了。叫了一個晚市套餐,兩個單點。所有嘢都好有驚喜。套餐包了前菜: 紅菜頭同木耳萵筍無論西餐定中菜,都好鍾意食紅菜頭,用作餐前小食好開胃。湯: 菇湯好清甜,比肉湯還要好飲,驚喜嘅還有桃膠喺裏面手卷: 香芒牛油果苜宿手卷我對蛋奶敏感,呢個可以走蛋奶,好食得嚟食得好安心,估唔到啲苜蓿原來咁好食,唔洗食成舊飯乜都飽哂。主菜: 素肉臘腸煲仔飯素肉臘腸好驚喜,雖然個樣唔似臘腸,但味道真係好好,仲好食過真臘腸。甜品:香芋千層蛋糕呢個就真係冇得走蛋奶,香芋味好濃,賣相好吸引。另外仲叫咗蜜汁腐皮卷雞翼,真係要必食,炸得好炸,味道當然唔會似雞肉,但腐皮一層層,好有咬感。後來同啲素食朋友講,個個都話呢間原來好出名嘅
