熊本豬腩肉串簡直有啲似係中國嘅東坡肉一樣,都應該係豬肉五花腩嘅部位。特色係炭燒香脆外表,有少少甜唔過分嘅醬汁。脂肪豐富,香滑嘅肥膏多過肉😻 邪惡!雞腎彈牙,少黃色芥辣醬可以點嚟食雞翼只係加咗少量嘅鹽調味,可以食到雞翼本身嘅原味。再加埋少少檸檬汁,就更加fresh!牛脷心牛脷心感覺好似比起一般嘅牛脷更加彈牙,鹽燒再加少少黑椒,幾香口!牛筋大根味增煮 & 昆布柚子沙律菜感覺牛筋要配合沙律菜梅花間竹咁食,就會更加襯。因為牛筋就比較厚身,jelly like geh texture 會evo喺味蕾之上,沙律菜配上有子沙律汁,就會有種清新嘅感覺。
