今天和朋友慶祝一下搵到新工,揀咗一間位於尖沙咀的居酒屋。店內氣氛充滿日式感覺,以木系為主調,感覺溫馨,坐得舒服。前菜三小碟,有泡菜,蘿蔔粒和牛蒡絲,調味剛剛好,醒胃有益。飲品在餐牌都有好多選擇,叫咗兩款白桃櫻花梳打熱蜂蜜青檸柑桔茶唐揚魷魚鬚新鮮炸起熱辣辣,魷魚鬚係厚切碎上,新鮮,彈牙,一啲都唔韌,有口感,非常推介。北海道蟹肉湯飯賣相吸引,超多蟹肉,有兩舊蟹柳伴碟,湯飯加咗蛋花賣相靚。大蔥雞肉串大蔥配雞肉好夾,減去肥膩感,燒得好香。鹽燒大白鱔燒得外脆內軟,白鱔厚身,啖啖肉。燒封門柳肉味比較濃,肉質結實。燒牛小排脂肪比較多,食落鬆化,有油脂香。秋葵燒得剛剛好,加咗鹽調味唔會太寡,有益健康。日本准山第一次食燒淮山,感覺不錯,爽爽脆脆,口感特別。燒茄子比想像中大份,加咗超多木魚調味,全部精華滲在茄子內。日本BB蕃薯仔甜甜地,燒得外皮香脆,入邊軟綿綿,好味。總括嚟講,食物質素高,坐得舒服,價錢公道,下次會再幫襯。

今晚難得約到三位好朋友一齊食飯,上網睇咗好耐,最後揀選了這一間日本的居酒屋,見到食評很好,所以懷着期待的心情來到餐廳我們四個人被安排坐喺第二張枱,左右兩邊都有一台食客,原本右手邊一台有兩位操普通話的男士,講嘢非常大聲,有另一台食客已經開聲請他們聲量減細一些,我也提出和議,慶幸這兩位男士都願意配合,而且差不多已經埋單離開,但之後惡夢繼續...差不多10個食客似乎是來自同一間公司的,來到餐廳坐喺我哋隔籬,他們的聲量嘈吵的地步彷如街市所有檔口圍住你喺度叫賣一樣,還夾雜粗口,令我們十分頭痛,完全聽唔到對方講嘢,而他們也不會為其他人設想,好像自己在包廂一樣,實在他們有些人也是說普通話,似乎有自己特定的文化,向店員反映但可惜也未能處理得到,反而店員和這班食客打招呼彷似相熟。我們原本點了的菜因為等咗好耐都未嚟,所以直接取消馬上埋單離開。真係從來未試過喺一間嘈到似Disco和街市嘅日本餐廳食飯,座位好逼夾,如果想同朋友好好享受晚餐傾吓偈,千萬不要揀這裡,浪費了和好友相聚的時刻。

What a surprisingly nice and worth-trying restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui which offers good food😍 I enjoy the dinner so much !!! We ate for 1.5 hrs… so jeng 😍 . Worth to give it a try. 👍🏻 The only environment and food are so beautifully decorated. I like Japanese food so much 💕especially the bbq and grilled food ! No matter the beef, pork , chicken or the fish , all I think is perfect 🤩 love it so so much 👍🏻 yummy !!! Must order !!! My favourite is the 甲羅燒The intensity of cheese is strong ! Nice one
