上面配上煙燻鰻魚再加上韭菜汁做調味😌本身唔食韭菜嘅我都覺得好夾~

呢個係Signature dishes,食落好有驚喜🥹有兩個layer,最低層係燉蛋,配上雪松蟹、海膽mixed 既puree,味道有好多個層次,上層有塊好濃味嘅芝士要打碎嚟食😆上面仲配左啲dehydrated 左既魚子醬😌
🩵Foie Gras, Lemon Grass Ginger Jus & Dark Chocolate Roll
好特別嘅創作😆鵝肝配上朱古力真係第一次食到!!🫣個鵝肝用蒸既方法去做,但食落一啲都唔腥,仲好重鵝肝味,配左個朱古力卷,味感有強烈對比一個脆身,一個滑身🤤再配上ginger juice,真係好特別!

🩵Monkfish Cheek, Pan-Seared Crispy Monkfish Liver
呢道菜係鮟鱇魚面頰,有好塊面頰壓成,一層層,超有心思!仲配上一粒粒炸咗嘅鮟鱇魚魚肝,油份比較重,食落非常香口,真係食唔停口😹😹😹
🩵M8 Oyster Blade Beef, Oyster Leaf Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing
第二道main course叫咗澳洲M8 和牛配上oyster blade 牛板腱,肉味非常濃郁,食落完唔無筋唔會好韌,師傅用左少少牛筋做左啲puree onside做左個汁,加咗塊葉叫oyster leaf所以食出黎有少少生蠔味,味道幾得特別!!🤤🤤

最後食埋個甜品收尾,好滿足了!❣️首先會有杯pre dessert drink叫lime sorbet,呢個蘋果批隔離有啲cream 同parma ham ,食落唔會好甜😋
