To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去咗尖沙咀食日本Omakase. 廚師發板 -$1880 每位 + 10%我覺得今晚嘅重點係起刺身,毛蟹,皇帝蟹。佢嘅刺身每件都係大大件,好有口感。毛蟹同皇帝蟹呢啲食材都係比較少食到嘅。原隻海膽亦都係比較罕有。先付 - 3 小碟 (水雲配蕃茄/ 黑梅貝/金絲瓜)個蕃茄酸酸甜甜非常好味。刺身7款- 右口魚卷住魚邊北海道原隻紫針海膽- 真係超開心食到原隻海膽,睇個樣就知道好新鮮,好有口感,一粒粒好清爽。佢呢種唔係creamy 嘅感覺。仙台獨眼龍🦪加咗少少啫喱喺面頭,帶出蠔嘅鮮味。太刀魚➕芝麻BB 吞拿魚中拖羅➕黑炭鹽🔥大拖羅包紫菜-燒香咗,魚嘅油分啱啱好,包紫菜超好味😋。和食2款北海道毛蟹京都豆乳配皇帝蟹🦀呢個又係好值得稱讚,一定要推介,佢嘅豆香,好清新,加埋皇帝蟹嘅鮮甜,好好味😋。近江牛柳非常軟滑,又唔會太油膩。壽司6貫深海池🐟春子鯛➕烏魚子白蝦➕柚子汁石垣貝北海道馬糞海膽赤鯥魚湯甜點: 綠茶奶凍甜甜地非常好味
