To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 來到萬眾期待嘅壽司

帆立貝大大片而且有青檸加持,更加清新鮮味。

深海池魚肉質實淨少少,但係唔阻油份+魚味,同樣好出眾。

金目鯛顏色已經夠靚靚,魚味清新鮮甜。

牡丹蝦仲有蝦mix蝦膏,蝦嘅甜味慢慢出,好惹味。

根室馬糞海膽超級清新鮮甜,少吃怡情,反而唔鍾意買一板咁多返屋企食。呢個份量啱啱好,最頂峰嘅味道!

醬油漬赤身本身冇乜期待,但係原來係用咗蒜去整,第一次食到有蒜味!而且完全唔腥,高質素。

日本豆腐+蔬菜蛋+日本海蝦呢款日本組合熱食,特別在豆腐裏面有不同的蔬菜,非常豐富,表面仲有鮮甜海蝦,整體清新而且新鮮。

抹茶奶凍原來係餐廳自家製,甜味剛好,抹茶味道香甜,上面仲有一粒黑豆,提升層次,大滿足嘅Early-dinner~
