今日朋友約咗我黎呢間食omakase早左少少到 可以睇住師傅準備食材喺每上一度菜之前師傅都會講解下食材係來自邊度 點解佢會用咁嘅配搭啦 令到食客都可以好了解自己食緊啲乜嘢亦都食得出師傅嘅心思有我最鍾意嘅酒盜芝士 仲有水雲同醋物 作為醒胃嘅前菜非常合適石垣鯛魚刺身師傅介紹呢種鯛魚係食海膽嘅食落又真係有少少海膽嘅甘香味 口感就較黏口鮟鱇魚肝配西瓜bb醬油漬師傅建議夾埋一齊食 西瓜bb嘅鹹味夾埋魚肝 食起上黎無咁油膩同埋寡鰤魚配蛋黃醬油漬比較少食魚刺身配蛋黃 鰤魚彈牙清爽又肉質鮮甜👍🏻喺開始食壽司之前 師傅畀咗個熱食我哋間一間場係一個燒賣形狀嘅點心 香箱蟹肉配俄魚子之後再整多個青瓜手捲畀我哋清一清個味蕾伊佐木壽司 肉質白裏透紅 口感爽口而唔油膩赤貝壽司 喺放上碟之前師傅特登拍咗佢一下肉質即時收縮 令到咬落去嘅時候更加爽口鮮甜😋沖繩車海佬北海道秋刀魚 秋天係食秋刀魚嘅好時候 因為呢個時候係最肥美嘅 yum😊鯖魚壽司拖羅壽司 粉嫩肥美 入口即溶 油香滿滿海膽壽司個面加咗淡雪鹽同埋少少Wasabi 味道鮮甜最後已栗子紅豆溶甜品作結
