Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

當天没有特別的目的我們, 只是偶爾路過此地 ....看見招牌有 馬來西亞 食品, 又有海南雞~便隨心的入內光顧~時間是 1830 看來我們是第一枱客~檸檬薏米水味道酸甜, 入口滑順, 檸檬和薏米的比例均勻, 好喝!海南雞飯海南雞的醬料有 薑蓉、辣醬和甜醬油~雞肉是起了骨的, 所以啖啖肉, 雞皮香口, 肉質嫩滑細緻~ 油飯的味道油潤香口, 飯粒分明且有咬口~本篇完~
