唔知大家有冇同感,而家假日熱門購物地區都一定人山人海,餐廳都大排長龍同有限時,想同朋友傾計傾耐啲都唔係咁易😮‍💨所以今日就揀咗試天后呢間新開嘅居酒屋,地點離繁忙嘅銅鑼灣唔係好遠,但又可以坐得舒舒服服咁同朋友吹吓水食吓野😆去居酒屋一定要叫返幾串串燒,今次就叫咗以下4款:▫️雞中翼 ($45)雞翼燒起上嚟好有油香,用左少少鹽去調味已經好夠,咬落皮脆肉嫩。▫️塩燒白鱔 ($68)外皮燒到金黃色,咬落脆口肉質彈牙,岀面食好多燒鱔都好容易燒到過老,咬落會好柴,但係呢度嘅燒鱔保持到皮脆肉彈,有水準🔥大推‼️▫️墨魚香腸 ($58)平時墨魚丸就食得多,墨魚腸都係第一次食。墨魚腸燒得好脆口,腸中間有好多墨魚粒,加埋墨魚汁好有鮮味🦑▫️厚切牛舌 ($58)牛舌切得好厚身,加上黑椒同鹽去調味,略嚴黑椒味較濃,但無損燒到啱啱好嘅彈牙口感🤓▫️刺身盛合5點 ($268)盛合包括赤身、池魚、八爪魚、象拔蚌同赤蝦,最驚喜係八爪魚,肉質緊實有彈性,入口滑嫩一啲都唔會韌,擺脫咗我對八爪魚刺身=橡筋嘅印象🤣我哋仲叫咗以下食物,食物質素都唔錯架,大家可以參考吓🥰▫️鐵板塩汁炒野菜 ($78)▫️豚骨叉燒拉麵 ($98)▫️一口炸雞 ($6

雞翼燒起上嚟好有油香,用左少少鹽去調味已經好夠,咬落皮脆肉嫩。
