To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 探朋友前打算先到商場內的食肆用餐,見這間主打東南亞菜式的餐廳裝修精緻便入內一試。一般的屋邨商場餐廳都沒什麼精緻的裝潢,這間雖然説不上美淪美奐,但也算是有心思。周末的午餐時間並非十分多人,大約等了五分鐘左右便可入坐。周末亦有午餐提供,價錢由四十多元到五十多元,價錢合理,跟餐亦可加錢配搭小吃,選擇蠻多。餐廳提供的東南亞菜式包括泰式、越式等。這次點了一個海南雞飯以及一個越式什錦湯河。海南雞飯的油飯比較像黄薑飯,有點乾,亦沒有預期的雞味,還好雞肉嫩滑,雖然雞味不重。反而越式湯粉的味道不錯,湯底很夠味,配上芽菜、洋蔥、青檸、九層塔,真的很有越式風味。什錦湯河的配料有生牛肉、牛丸、豬肉丸以及扎肉,甚為豐富,嚐辣的還可以自行加入辣椒粒,帶點辣味的湯底更惹味。此外還加了一客黑醬油雞翼 (兩隻),雞翼熱辣辣,炸得很香脆,黑醬油有一點點甜味,非常香口。
