To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次黎親尚德商場，我必黎呢間餐廳食佢o既泰式下午茶， 好幾個月冇黎，餐牌都更新左款式了。但我就始終如一食泰式咖喱配手抓餅同熱奶茶，唯一唔同係之前一向食開黃咖喱，宜家餐牌轉左係青咖喱，餐牌都講明有少少辣，我就唔理一於試下。朋友就食香辣肉碎炒泰式金邊粉配熱鴛鴦。泰式青咖喱配手抓餅: 青咖喱汁好夠濃、好惹味，比起黃咖喱辣左少少，亦冇黃咖喱咁香，仲有幾舊薯仔食下，無論咖喱汁下飯定醮薄餅都咁。我最愛o既係呢度o既手抓餅，共有四片，唔夠可以 encore $10 有三片，但我今次就唔 encore了。手抓餅真係百食不厭，有牛油香味，餅又有少許酥脆且鬆化。香辣肉碎炒泰式金邊粉: 肉碎份量唔多，都算入味，仲有少少辣，金邊粉炒得油左少少。另仲有蛋絲、葱、芽菜同芝麻，令到個粉冇咁 dry，落左芝麻個粉更香、更惹味。我就覺得油就落多左少少，下次再食就要少油。熱奶茶: 香滑夠茶味，冇苦澀。熱鴛鴦:  正常及香滑。以係將軍澳站黎講，呢間星泰越餐廳不但價錢實惠，且真係食過番尋味。
