食完成餐飯會感受到老闆同老闆娘對於食物嘅選材真係落足心思。可能喺有啲好出名嘅餐廳都會食到類似嘅菜式,但嗰種用心同細緻度係吉氏先食到。1️⃣法式鴿子千層批寫住期間限定,冇理由唔點!喺屯門可以食到咁考功夫嘅菜式👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿千層批表面焗得夠酥夠香,裡面嘅鴿子亦保持肉嫩,酥皮同肉之間有蔬菜隔住,所以令鴿肉一啲都唔乾。2️⃣時令生蠔 呢期老闆入嘅係法國空運到港嘅Taylie Oyster 🦪 ,差唔多有成隻手掌咁大,肥美之餘帶有少少海水鹹味,$58一隻,依家重要做緊買3送1,勁抵!老闆娘建議我哋食完隻蠔,即刻飲返啖Chardonnay,完全帶出生蠔嗰種鮮甜。3️⃣巴伐洛娃蛋白餅呢個Pavlova 好Foamy,食落好有食緊棉花糖嘅感覺,亦有脆口的糖,幾種口感加埋好特別,配上熱情果醬好清新解膩,生果都好新鮮。4️⃣Affogato 老闆娘整緊咖啡嘅時候已經聞到好香,因為啲豆係特別挑選。呢個Affogato 有啲唔同嘅係之加咗啲酒,成件事好似昇華左,食完會令人更開心。5️⃣餐湯+餐包
