我是先看了很多好評才慕名而來的!剛剛過了午餐時間進店(所以肯定有坐位)本來第一次光顧,打算點一個簡簡單單的pasta 先試試水準,看到午餐餐單上有H項的羊排(我喜歡食羊肉),就的起心肝落單⋯⋯果然一點都沒有讓我失望聽說他們是夫妻檔,太太在負責做service,很親切很有禮貌的一位年輕女士。結帳時還不忘問我對他們的食物和服務覺得怎麼樣肯定要加分的事實上也沒有什麼可以挑剔的啦改天一定要來試試他們的晚餐! continue reading

冬天嚟吉氏食過,十分之高質,知道佢哋嘅Menu每季轉換,特登返嚟試吓春天菜式。🍽️青口配茴香酒忌廉汁🍽️一上菜就聞到好香嘅茴香酒味。青口非常嫩滑juicy,用力嗦一下就滑到入口。茴香酒香同青口的鮮味平衡左忌廉汁嘅厚重感,creamy的醬汁又強調咗青口的滑。整道菜嘅平衡非常之好,開胃又美味。忌廉汁醮烘到脆一脆既餐包都係絕配。🍽️法式鴿子千層批🍽️呢一道係香港好少食到嘅傳統心思手工菜,單係份歷史情懷已經好正。同一碟上,一鴿二食,分別係煙燻鴿腿,同埋千層批中的鴨胸。鴿腿肉油煎再煙燻,有香味之餘更有脆皮的感覺,食到半途忍唔住要放底刀叉用手指黎好好品嚐。千層批表面焗得夠酥夠香,鴿胸肉鮮嫩多汁。特別的係千層批中一層的波菜同埋雞肉慕斯,一來將鴨肉同酥皮分隔,令酥皮唔會被鴿子嘅油同汁浸腍,二來衡咗油潤的鴿肉。雞肉慕斯軟滑之餘又提供咗另一種禽肉的味道,好好咁connect 咗煙鴿腿同鴿胸,令成度菜層次分明,甘香可口。🍽️法式芥末香草燒羊架配法式薯絲餅,普羅旺絲燉菜🍽️寶雲酥羊架表面香脆,內裏嫩滑Juicy 。配上酸酸甜甜嘅普羅旺燉菜,中和返羊嘅油膩感。薯絲餅焗得外脆內嫩,為整道菜添上一啲澱粉,非常完滿。🍽️巴伐洛娃蛋白餅🍽️必食之選,每一次嚟到都叫!屯門甚至香港都好少有賣嘅Pavlova!🍷白酒Sangria🍷白酒做base溝上七喜同檸檬,為炎炎夏日帶嚟清爽嘅感覺!今次係第二次嚟食,食物質素依然非常高。同老闆娘傾咗幾句,先知道原來大廚喺著名西餐廳上環abc岀身,難怪岀品咁精緻。呢啲咁有誠意有心思嘅小店十值得大家大大力支持! continue reading

超美味滿足的生日飯,老闆娘用心招呼,細心介紹,生蠔🦪超級新鮮,淡淡海水味,又creamy,又鮮味。老闆娘介紹白酒配生蠔,好美味。試佐兩個特色主菜(西班牙乳豬及鴿子千層批),老公超欣賞這兩款主菜,特別係鴿子千層批,手工菜,充滿廚甜的心思。訂枱時提過是為老公慶祝生日,老闆娘中午已經WhatsApp我,問我需唔需要安排甜品寫生日快樂,感覺好窩心,對客人好重視👍🫡上甜品時,又會主動為我同老公拍照,還送我們一杯很特別的甜酒,讓我們可以為這一餐生日飯畫上完美句號🙇🏻‍♀️ continue reading

聽聞呢間餐廳廚師係上環某間米芝蓮餐廳的大廚,所以六六仔慕名而來,入到呢間位於屯門的法色餐廳試下個Lunch先。西班牙燒乳豬伴薯蓉及燴煙肉椰菜一上枱見到脆卜卜的乳豬皮,已經好想咬一啖,食落口仲脆到好似薯片咁。但係啲乳豬肉出奇地淋,一啲都唔韌。加埋特製的燒汁,可以感受到大廚的功力。蘑菇湯餐湯蘑菇味香濃及幼滑,只有食材嘅新味道沒有添加任何調味料,已經好好味。同老闆娘好好傾,佢俾埋晚餐個Menu我睇。lunch都有呢個水準,下次可以約埋三五知己嚟食吓法國餐、飲下酒。 continue reading
