身為一個孤獨的美食家,獨個兒打邊爐、燒肉已是平常事,估不到現在連蒸氣鍋也有一人份香港首間一人蒸氣火鍋,每個座位都可以竹簾間隔,能配合不同人數的組合大大的魚缸養著新鮮的海鮮,有鮑魚、龍蝦、蝦蟹、貝殼類等等自助區供應的醬料款式不少 ,但其實蒸饌原汁原味最好吃各款套餐皆配三點刺身,有北寄貝、甘蝦及帆立貝九品芝麻套餐的炸物為章魚燒兩粒,大大粒外脆內有粒粒章魚海鮮有白蜆、蝦、鮑魚、鮮魚片及大蜆!全部由本地漁市場每日直送內務總管套餐則有白蜆、蝦、鮑魚、蟹、元貝、時令海鮮及大蜆肉類可從美國肥牛、豚肉片及雞腿肉中三選二三寶丸有牛骨濃汁牛丸、薑汁皮蛋貢丸及招牌墨魚丸蔬菜拼盤有鮮冬菇、金菇、南瓜、粟米等,蒸後很清甜食材的海鮮精華全都流到下層的粥底,又甜又軟綿綿 麻辣鮮魚湯底米線辣得夠爽最後的甜品雪米糍有芒草、香芋或雲呢拿口味選擇
