To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友出油麻地，A1出口一出見到田記招牌，就諗住食個早午餐暖一暖先我叫左個崩沙腩米$62呢間米粉我鍾意好滑，牛腩肥瘦適中，厚切牛味濃郁，唔痴牙。白蘿蔔好淋入味無渣清甜，唔夠喉再加多一個清湯白蘿蔔$18。朋友要左雲吞河$40，加左$18要碟生菜，5大粒雲吞，皮薄蝦爽，好香麻油味。生菜好新鮮翠綠～份量算大碟。大家都叫加左$8要豆漿，支裝幾好飲唔晒可以拎走兩個人食左$154，好滿足。店員好親切～陸續坐滿，下次再嚟試魚蛋粉
