Airside 商場設計時尚,店子各有個性,路過三樓一角落,入口是非常綠化的叢林設計,綠洲內隱藏高級中菜廳「嵐月 Luna」,走現代精緻路線,菜式富新意,價錢中產價。室內設計現代時尚,主調綠油油,真皮沙發,空間感足!內設酒吧,曾推出美酒佳餚宴。我們二人今晚想吃得好:北寄貝沙薑漬 $128/只乾冰營造效果,份外賞心悅目。北寄貝非常鮮美,爽滑掛汁,切成三片,輕輕的沙薑味,底下配酸酸地的洋蔥絲及車厘茄,整體清新可口。靜岡蜜瓜燉珍珠肉 $198/位非常清甜的湯,以蜜瓜瑤柱及瘦肉調味,完全不需落鹽,入口卻有少許鹹香,也許來自瑤柱。沙巴雍脆皮海參 $398/份最怕食太硬的海參,這個海參軟硬度剛剛好,外層炸漿非常輕及薄,提升層次。刀叉切吃份外有矜貴感,黃色沙巴雍汁本是意式甜醬,中西合璧亦協調,黏稠帶香滑的醬汁添口感層次。蘋果木燻泰安雞(半隻)$288今晚最出色的一道,堂前揭開蓋子的演繹,蘋果木燻香湧出,非常討好,而且香氣持久,泰安雞的皮很有光澤、沾上一些茶葉碎,甚惹食慾,皮很薄,皮下脂肪不多,肉白滑不嚡,有油的潤澤。香氣絕對是優點,吃過中數一數二的出色,相比早前在「潤」吃到的更有水準!新竹米雪場蟹炒
