今日嚟到觀塘見客,揀咗一間有提供廚師發辦嘅高質日本菜,叫咗佢哋嘅廚師發辦《爍雨》,一共有23款食物,廚師發辦嘅內容包括有先付、季節刺身、鐵板燒、季節料理、手握壽司、雲丹盛、吸物、時令果物,每位價錢$1480~今次嘅廚師發辦有幾款食物我同朋友都覺得幾出色,分別係澳洲黑邊鮑魚、煙燻拖羅手卷、北海道白海膽杯、鵝肝多士、魚湯🥰🥰澳洲黑邊鮑魚非常大隻,味道調配得好好,鮑魚好腍好入味,配埋鮑魚肝醬一齊食,好唔錯!欣賞佢哋嘅鮑魚肝醬味道唔會太霸道,做得恰到好處!另外呢一個煙燻拖羅手卷,令我印象好深刻,師傅首先會用蘋果木煙燻處理大拖羅同中拖羅,手卷入面仲有沙甸魚魚乾、紫蘇葉等等嘅配料,食落口感好有層次,又有淡淡既煙熏味,好出色!除咗廚師發辦之外,佢都仲有提供吉列定食,喺附近返工嘅打工仔,有興趣都可以過嚟試吓~
