今次在荃灣工廈裡找到了一間Omakase餐廳,一進門就有種日式居酒屋的感覺,還有獨立的包廂可以唱K。這裡提供多個價位的Omakase套餐,我選了680元的套餐。開胃小食方面,雞泡魚乾和枝豆都剛剛出爐,熱辣辣的非常美味。接著是壽司環節,包括帶子、拖羅、赤身及八爪魚,每一款都非常新鮮,飯量也恰到好處。串燒部分,有燒雞皮、魔鬼魚切、雞心和雞翼,其中雞皮香脆可口,雞翼外酥內軟,而且這是我第一次嘗試魔鬼魚切,味道出乎意料地好吃。老闆非常好客,上了10款刺身給我們品嘗,每一款都鮮甜可口。特別是縞蝦,帶有清爽的甜味。最後的粒貝和花蟹湯烏冬也都非常美味,原隻粒貝夠晒爽甜,花咲蟹湯底烏冬蟹肉鮮甜,肉質結實,煮出嚟嘅湯底好鮮。雪糕作為甜品,讓整頓大餐吃得非常飽足滿足。
