約咗同事去觀塘食晚飯,由於有啲感冒又唔想食太熱氣嘢。就搵附近有咩中餐食。誤打誤撞嚟咗呢間,食潮州嘢。 諗唔到叫咩食,佢有個二人餐,就試吓。頭盤炭色豆腐,口感都幾得意。佢個皮脆脆地入邊啲豆腐都幾嫩口。凍鮑魚海蜇,個鮑魚都腍厚身。不過個味道比較淡口啲。 ,海蜇就爽口,同埋粗身。杏汁豬肺湯,佢用過小茶壺裝住啲湯。有儀式感😂。湯料都幾重,但湯份量比較少。呢個撈麵好似平平無奇,但出奇地有驚喜。認真好爽彈口。佢上面耍曬好多櫻花蝦,配埋啲面一齊食口感特別。
