To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日是休閒的一天,我同老公都Day Off,帶左個女出去遊,行完V City都滿載而歸,search到附近有間未去過既富臨就去馬。2點開始下午茶,我地去到1:50已經比我地入,話晒工業區內的酒樓,lunch time時間都幾多人。首先點了我最中意既南瓜煎堆,呢個特別既煎堆唔係特價點心,一碟四個,唔算好熱氣,每個煎堆都充滿芝麻味,好香,南瓜蓉亦好豐富,剪開後清楚見到厚厚既南瓜蓉,南瓜味就麻麻地,如果唔中意食南瓜既人都可以試試喎!生煎菜肉飽,好Surprise酒樓竟然有生煎包食,$11.8已經有3個,每個都有手板咁大個!由於真係煎過,所以包皮係脆既,咬到入去就熱辣辣軟林林的,鬆軟,菜肉餡都唔少,包到實,咬落仲有d汁,爆汁架!炒個米粉食下先,呢個有個雪菜紅肉絲炒米粉,幾抵架!我同老公食炒一個米粉食,再加1,2個點心都夠,米粉係濕炒,紅肉其實就係豬肉,炒得幾香口,但係味道我就覺得太咸啦,落調味重手左。不得不讚下呢間富臨d侍應,平時d富臨侍應都係黑口黑面既,講野又無尾音,呢間真係有heart架,會問我差d咩同埋會主動執碟,抵讚!
