To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情後幫襯了幾次，每次也一樣，忍不住評論一下1. 食物味道比一般還要差，純粹靠以前名氣維持，以及附近沒有其他茶餐廳競爭而已2. 等待時間極耐，試過好幾次。先講堂食：不計在外已等10-15分鐘，由坐下點餐起計，依家等30分鐘食物才到，期間看到廚房只不斷進出外賣（網上外賣平台)；再講外賣自取：咁要等超過45分鐘；未試過網上外賣平台，沒有評論。3. 態度未到惡劣，但禮貌就一定冇，點餐就好快，點完餐就唔再理你要求。（不過茶餐廳就預咗，都唔算係缺點，只係順便講埋）
