To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前天（星期六）上午打電話訂星期日枱吃飯。服務台本已不是很有禮貌的說當晚冇位！再次說是周日，然後查看一㑹，向我取姓名和電話号碼留座，並告知我訂枱號碼為2號。周日晚上六時一行三人去到，竟告知全場是婚宴，沒有晚飯，原因是同事失誤，以為是周一；但此同事已離職。只是作口頭道歉，只可以安排八時後晚飯（？？？）我問酒樓可否作比較實質性的道歉，如折扣優惠，以讓我們以後可以回來吃飯。經理說要調查一下。結果一個多兩個小時後回覆説，如果以後回去吃晚飯，可以送甜品。但是平時吃晚飯郡送甜品，發只有問經理他們的道歉是否有誠意！
