To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 1月2日中午時間去食,沒有想過差到不得了🤬,之前都食過幾次,都冇咁差,一次差過一次,越嚟越難食,叫咗一個豬骨湯底叉燒拉麵,叉燒乾到條邊位變硬晒,柴皮,根本冇可能可以入口,個豬骨湯底完全冇味😤,淡到同水冇分別,未食過拉麵d豬骨湯底會冇味🤬,從來未試過食拉麵要加豉油先有味,我見另一台食烏冬都要加豉油😵‍💫,另外叫咗一個燒牛柳溫泉蛋飯,啲牛柳又硬又鞋又冇味,為咗唔浪費先免強食晒,以後唔會再去食了
