To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日一個人去吃火鍋,坐了15分鐘才送上湯底,店內人手不足。我點了麻辣花膠雞煲,最嚴重的問題是雞煲來到後,煲身過高再加上爐,我坐低後連個煲既一半都見唔到,我全程要企起身食,覺得好可悲。半個鐘頭都未有送上我落既火鍋配料。侍應同我講食物份量按人計算,結果黎到係二人份量。雖然稻香係價錢平,但其他分店無依個情況,東涌店質素明顯有待改善,價錢平但都唔值再黎。服務差,環境差,食物差,無時間觀念。
