以前呢間嘢喺佐敦一條好偏僻嘅街入面係一間好溫馨嘅家庭小舖做一啲街坊生意自從佢搬咗去第二度之後我都冇幫襯過見到佢喺中環開梗係即刻 去幫襯下啦難得喺港島 原來佢喺街尾嗰度其實佢係新開但係個招牌超級舊搞到我喺門口都猶疑咗一陣本來想叫番biang biang麵即係佢嘅主打點知我都係吸收唔到教訓想試新嘢叫咗個大辣嘅 老陜湯蕎麥餄烙就咁就中伏 唔係好辣 同埋有啲杏仁味咁好奇怪咁好似冇咩味有啲豆乾紅蘿蔔薯片菜薯片嘅意思即係 切片咗嘅薯仔蕎麥麵好似彈牙咁有qq感仲有啲得兩粒嘅冬菇不過真係超級多油又唔夠熱簡直係三重中伏其實我問咗佢同哨子麵有咩分別佢話係拉麵同蕎麥麵嘅分別見到佢啲油都唔夠膽飲啲湯唯有當沾麵食鋪頭都幾細下點解我話唔係以前嗰回事呢因為佢個餐單已經大不同成個商業化咗好多

叫咗個大辣嘅 老陜湯蕎麥餄烙

唔係好辣

同埋有啲杏仁味咁

好奇怪咁好似冇咩味

有啲豆乾紅蘿蔔薯片菜

薯片嘅意思即係 切片咗嘅薯仔

蕎麥麵好似彈牙咁有qq感

仲有啲得兩粒嘅冬菇

不過真係超級多油又唔夠熱簡直係三重中伏

其實我問咗佢同哨子麵有咩分別

佢話係拉麵同蕎麥麵嘅分別

見到佢啲油都唔夠膽飲啲湯

唯有當沾麵食

鋪頭都幾細下

點解我話唔係以前嗰回事呢因為佢個餐單已經大不同

成個商業化咗好多
