To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次忍唔住要比評價同同事一齊食午餐 前一晚經OpenRice訂餐餐廳環境尚可 地方較小選了13道壽司套餐享有8折優惠師傅笑容欠捧 也欠缺主動性多次向師傅提出加配菜食物質素不過不失 其中一道吞拿魚壽司食到魚鱗向服務員反映 對方聽完掃走就算直到賣單師傅、經理知道也無任何回應午餐人均$600的消費算中高消費吧?…對食物質量、服務相對有要求咁樣的服務質素相對差 試一次就夠 香港的餐飲服務水平真的要提高廚師也要用心做好否則市道只會越做越差
