難得又到了慶祝紀念日的日子,當然要食餐好!今次就來到這間位於公司附近的新開日本關西壽喜燒板前料理專門店,這間餐廳的主廚是來自日本秋田縣的!餐廳的座位不多,不過全部都是bar枱,所有座位都可以望到廚師整理食材!午市時間有5道菜和8道菜的menu可以揀選,來到當然要食和牛啦!絢這個套餐有5道菜,分別有前菜、茶碗蒸、和牛壽喜燒、白飯配味噌湯及漬物和日本雪糕!前菜,前菜是螢光魷魚配上烏魚子,螢光魷魚爽脆鮮甜,加埋烏魚子,下面有爽脆的椰菜,非常清新!茶碗蒸,他們的茶碗蒸蛋非常嫩滑,上面有松葉蟹肉,十分鮮甜!和牛壽喜燒,分別有兩款和牛,分別是A5大分和牛和A5北海道褐毛和牛!兩者油脂分內平均,牛肉味濃,點上雞蛋汁,食落更美味!而北海道褐毛和牛脂肪會較大分和牛分,口感會較為清爽煙韌!兩者配上北海道夢美人米飯一齊食,更香更惹味!另外蔬菜吸收了壽喜燒醬汁的味道,味道濃郁又美味!甜品,甜品是日本的雲尼拿雪糕和他們自自家製既最中餅,入面有紅豆餡料,以甜品作結十分滿足!
