To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

滿懷希望放工趕去食，點知去到7:30pm左右，被通知所有魚腩，魚餃已賣晒唯有食翻平淡既牛筋牛腩，同豬軟骨，跟魚湯，加$3試吓醉鮮麵... 首先講魚湯，一啲魚味都無，好似水一般清淡，麵質係少少透明好似檬粉咁但又好似米粉咁，口感同米粉無乜分別而且係無味，唔知食緊乜不過勝在夠大碗。再講下牛腩牛筋，牛腩有d韌有d鞋口又太大舊，牛筋正常淋，較牛腩入味，正常柱侯咁既味道。豬軟骨係我第一次見係橙色汁味道好奇怪，唔似茄汁唔知係乜汁煮，汁味道好奇怪，豬軟骨肉係夠淋，但心諗其實用翻煮牛腩個汁咪好囉個汁我唔太like勉強食咗一半都唔想食落去呢餐真係唔知點形容可能係我唔識欣賞
