今日放工同同事去左奧海城既樂天客棧,呢度裝潢算系幾光鮮,非常潔淨、舒適,黎到既時候我expectation都幾高下。食物可點細、中、大份,人多人少都能照顧到,價錢列明清晰。即使系細份,其實份量都唔太細份,兩三人食都絕對足夠。每件只需$20,鬆軟包底夾住大塊厚切扣肉,豬腩肉入味而且有肉香,醬汁夠曬濃郁,夾包食真系一流,加幾塊生菜仲可以無甘膩。呢道菜系其中一款店方推介既招牌菜,千其唔好以為豆腐就無咩特別,醬汁以菜甫、肉碎、冬菇等既材料煮製,鐵板底仲有蒜香煎蛋,微辣而有蠔油香,非常惹味,味道既層次相當豐富。豆腐外脆內軟,仲好幼滑,伴汁食飯確系一流。蒸肉餅雖然系家常小菜,但系去唔同餐廳都總系想試下唔同味道,總想貨比三家,睇下同屋企既有咩唔同。肉餅幼滑,唔會太鬆散亦唔會太實,恰到好處,肉餅本身唔太鹹,調味適中,但伴埋鹹魚黎食又幾有風味。有肉餅又好難唔撈食飯,但系白飯又單調左少少,所以點左個揚州炒飯,但其實菜甫汁都好惹味好岩撈飯食。炒飯飯粒分明,用料充足,當然連質素都好似比一般餐廳高左一級,簡單炒飯都整得幾好食。
