To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平嘢有好！鐵板黑椒牛烏冬！

近排環境唔係咁好，食飯都要慳住，所以都係光顧啲平價快餐店，不過慳得嚟都唔一定冇好嘢食，今日食嘅呢碟鐵板黑椒牛烏冬，連埋杯輕糖凍綠茶都只係HK$ 35，抵到一個點！呢排嘅牛肉相對抵食，因為豬肉就算你夠膽食都未必食得起，而呢個餐嘅牛肉都切得頗厚，咬落有質感，有五、六成熟，肉汁豐富，塊鐵板亦燒到好紅，發出「吱吱」聲，好有「鐵板」feel，成個製作都唔似係平價餐。至於烏冬亦係煮得彈牙有咬勁，而且煮嗰陣亦唔會用太多油，唔會有食滯嘅感覺。不過最令猴子滿意嘅都係杯輕糖凍綠茶，少少嘅甜味，入口甘涼，用嚟對沖黑椒嘅辣味就啱啱好。
