To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟緊6個星期日因為要上堂上到2:30pm嘅關係，lunch果餐都要上完堂自己出去食，今日就係第一日！由於今朝食咗個大早餐嘅關係，放學果陣都唔係好肚餓，諗住食d嘢就算！原本諗住食M，但好似都M咗好多日，行下諗下最後就去咗Tower 535嘅小曼谷！我去到嘅時候都已經3點幾，諗住睇吓佢有冇下午茶set，原來係冇嘅！佢得個lunch set供應到6pm。lunch set嘅選擇都有好多，但全部都係粉面飯啲飽肚嘢，最後就決定叫個泰式鮮蝦炒金邊粉！等咗一陣，個粉嚟到啦！個portion都好大，但蝦就得2隻咁多，仲要有d過熟！味道就酸酸甜甜咁，比較單調。我就要加咗好多辣椒魚露去吊下味等佢個味道層次豐富d！好在個粉都炒得好乾身！但可能我今朝個大早餐仲未消化得晒，食咗一半就已經覺好飽冇再食啦！飲品叫咗泰式凍奶茶，出奇地好飲，夠茶味！埋單$71，銅鑼灣嚟講都算係咁！
