阿媽以前去開旺區某岀名餐館鋸扒,不過年紀大唔方便自己岀遠門,原來樓下街坊茶記平平地又近近地都鋸到個有質素嘅港式鐵板扒餐!我哋一份巨人西冷,一份巨人豬扒。名符其實,塊扒真係好大塊。西冷牛扒用迷迭香醃過,肉質鬆軟但唔會霉;豬扒脆邊連骨兩塊打孖上。配有黑椒/ 蒜蓉/ 洋蔥汁醬,鐵板本身已經有放上時蔬同波浪薯條,另可以選擇飯/ 意粉/ 薯菜。絕對巨人份量,好飽,飲埋杯凍奶茶少甜就真係捧住個肚。OG Hong Kong-style cha chaan teng steak/ pork chop on sizzling plate: gigantic portion and authentic taste.
