To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

阿媽以前去開旺區某岀名餐館鋸扒，不過年紀大唔方便自己岀遠門，原來樓下街坊茶記平平地又近近地都鋸到個有質素嘅港式鐵板扒餐！我哋一份巨人西冷，一份巨人豬扒。名符其實，塊扒真係好大塊。西冷牛扒用迷迭香醃過，肉質鬆軟但唔會霉；豬扒脆邊連骨兩塊打孖上。配有黑椒/ 蒜蓉/ 洋蔥汁醬，鐵板本身已經有放上時蔬同波浪薯條，另可以選擇飯/ 意粉/ 薯菜。絕對巨人份量，好飽，飲埋杯凍奶茶少甜就真係捧住個肚。OG Hong Kong-style cha chaan teng steak/ pork chop on sizzling plate: gigantic portion and authentic taste. The steak had been marinated with rosemary and was tender. Double pork chops came with bones. Gravy of your choice: garlic/ onion/ black pepper. You can pair your meat with rice/ spaghetti or fries.
