To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽聞「The Place」嘅buffet 唔錯，最近又做緊七八折，加上長者收小童價，趁小妹我生日，就跟家人去試試吧！我哋11:45分到達洒店，眼👀見就有十零人係度排隊等候，而入座後，亦差不多全場爆滿，十分旺埸！心諗：嘢食應該唔差吧⋯⋯冷盤唯一最可取的是任食生蠔👍，有兩大盤，蠔味及海水味都唔算太重，味道微鹹帶鮮美！龍蝦鉗，肉質唔差，可惜味道太鹹！長腳蟹，蟹身肉質算飽滿味美，但蟹頭殼就一點肉味都無！凍蝦，蝦肉夠爽、彈牙。青口，攞嗰陣往往得番個殼。刺身壽司刺身有五款，除咗甜蝦刺身較為瘦小之外，其餘的都厚切肥美。壽司款式較多樣化，賣相吸引，壽司飯唔會太實亦唔會散開曬。而特色火🔥熖壽司，十分好食。熱盤以咖哩入撰嘅食物比較多，如咖哩雞、咖哩羊腩、咖哩薯仔、羊肉饀餅、薄餅等等，跟主題「芝味無窮」份外格格不入！令食客聯想為食材唔夠新鮮，要運用咖哩來提味！款式唔多，常見的牛扒、羊架等均無供應。咖哩羊腩、炒羊肉片，口感嫩滑。巴馬臣芝士意大利飯，軟硬度剛好，略有少許咬口，但芝士味唔濃！點心側有燒賣、餃子🥟及糯米雞。燒賣麻麻地，入口好粉糰！餃子🥟及糯米雞較好食。甜品甜品以芝士組合嘅多，較切合主題。花盆意大利芝
