To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來到藍田飲茶就會去海港酒家，感覺是比較划算平日的下午茶時段 2:00-4:15pm，除了有特價點心外，其餘的大中小點都是計小點的$13.5茶費每位$8先點幾款特價點心潮州粉果 $12.8調味適中 皮十分煙韌 不錯濃湯唐生菜 $12.8正常 份量充足咸菜豬肚 $16.8今天挺新鮮的黑松露野菌餃 $13.5雖然找不到黑松露，但有黑松露的香氣皮反而一般 沒有潮州粉果的軟糯香煎芋絲餅 $13.5今天不會煎得黑黑的，金黃色的還不錯竹碳甜薄撐 $13.5竹碳皮與普通的黃色的皮味道差不多，賣相挺特別全靠花生粉和椰絲提味 作為甜點是不錯的紅棗糕 $12.8這個每次必點！紅棗味道出眾又煙韌 好吃的還點了鮑汁鳳爪 $16.8每次都做得不錯 有五隻 滷得入味整體感覺不過不失～平日下午茶這個價錢抵食
